The label has a purpose
CPSC's guidance specifies a yellow hangtag and permanent sizing-label wording for qualifying tight-fitting sleepwear. The familiar message identifies the garment as snug-fitting and not flame resistant. Its presence is not a promise that an oversized garment will fit safely,nor does it make our site the product's certifier.
A web phrase is not the physical tag
The selected pages identify two-piece snug-fit styles. We have not received and inspected every current garment's hangtag,permanent label or package. A generic yellow blank card in an illustration is not a reproduced safety label or evidence of compliance. The record explicitly leaves physical label verification pending.
Do not create your own label
We do not supply printable replacement certification tags or advise changing a garment to meet a claimed route. A missing or contradictory warning should prompt maker clarification. Home burn tests cannot establish the required regulatory evidence and are not part of our workflow.
Keep garment and package identity
Record size,style,variant and any permanent-label information together. A tag from a different size,adult set or infant one-piece does not validate the selected child two-piece. Shared family-matching pages are especially easy places to copy the wrong section.
A practical receipt check
Compare the actual item with the order and current maker guidance. If labeling is missing or inconsistent,ask the maker or seller before relying on an assumed safety route.
