Identify the chart type
The reviewed Burt's Bees Baby chart pairs size labels with body weight and height. Its 3 T row gives 31–33 lb and 36.5–39 in height. Those values are not the length of a folded top, pant inseam, waistband circumference or sleeve. A shopping note that drops the chart heading can turn a useful body reference into a false product dimension.
Do not measure the photograph
Our folded-clothing illustrations are anonymous visual studies. They have no calibrated scale and do not depict the named commercial SKUs. A ruler or ribbon in a still life would not establish actual garment dimensions either. We have not physically measured these products or compared them on children.
Keep units with the row
A height shown in inches and a weight shown in pounds are different variables. They should not be merged into a single numerical size score. The chart's dual metric entries, where supplied, are maker declarations;they are not evidence that all rounded endpoints convert perfectly. Our limited lookup preserves the source's native values without creating a new range.
A concrete shopping use
Select a product and its exact native size label in the lookup. The output shows the corresponding maker row and whether it is documented. It does not ask for body details and return a fit approval. If you need a finished garment dimension absent from the page, ask the maker for that exact measurement and version.
Keep the fit boundary
A chart row can help explain the size system while leaving actual fit unresolved. Snug-fitting sleepwear should not be made deliberately loose by an unsupported size increase. Current permanent labels, manufacturer guidance and independent sleepwear-safety review remain separate from the chart lookup.
